About You

  • Hold a 2:1 degree or above
  • Have a degree in Education, Psychology, Child Development, English, Maths, or a related subject (desirable)
  • Possess strong spoken English skills to support pupils, including those with English as an Additional Language (EAL)
  • Demonstrate a positive, proactive, and nurturing attitude
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be passionate about education, child development, and inclusive learning
  • Have experience supporting children within EYFS and/or SEND settings (highly desirable)
  • Be an aspiring teacher, educational psychologist, or SEN specialist
  • Have the right to work in the UK

The Role

As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both academic progress and pupil wellbeing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting pupils with phonics, literacy, numeracy, and language development
  • Delivering targeted 1:1 and small‑group interventions
  • Assisting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
