The Role

We are seeking a caring, committed, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. You will work closely with teachers to support pupils with a range of learning needs, helping them to engage in learning and develop independence. This role will be working with SEND pupils.

Key Responsibilities

• Supportpupils in accessing learning activities and achieving their goals
• Assistwith individual education and behaviour plans
• Promoteinclusion, self-esteem, and independence
• Providefeedback to pupils and teachers on progress
• Supportclassroom activities, including ICT and intervention programmes
• Fosterpositive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Upholdsafeguarding, health and safety, and equality policies
