Training Needs Analyst — Worker Upskilling & Transition

Fife College is seeking a Training Needs Representative to deliver individualized Training Needs Analysis for workers affected by the Mossmorran transition programme. The role involves engaging directly with workers, assessing skills, and producing tailored recommendations for upskilling and job transitions.

The ideal candidate should be educated to SCQF level 8 with recent experience in training or HR. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and data systems. Travel to multiple sites may be required.
