Alvaston Moor Academy is seeking a proactive and organised Reprographics Technician to support the smooth delivery of printed and digital resources across the school. In this key role, you will manage the academy’s reprographics services, produce high-quality materials, coordinate print requests, maintain equipment, and ensure resources are prepared accurately and on time. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks will be essential in meeting the varied and fast‑paced demands of a busy school environment. You will also support wider administrative processes, ensuring that staff and students have access to the materials they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reprographics services, including print, copy, and digital output.
- Coordinate print requests from staff, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Maintain and troubleshoot reprographics equipment.
- Prepare materials accurately and efficiently for teaching and learning needs.
- Support administrative processes by ensuring staff and students have required resources.
- Prioritise tasks and maintain high standards in a fast‑paced environment.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proactive, solution‑focused, with strong organisational skills.
- Commitment to excellent service delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and strong prioritisation skills.
- Experience with reprographics or similar technology is desirable.
