The impact you’ll make
As a greenkeeper, you will work within both the greenkeeping and grounds areas, under the supervision of the course supervisor, deputy course manager and course manager. A greenkeeper will perform general repair work to all course or garden areas to maintain the presentation and playability levels to our golf members giving them a memorable and top service experience.

Responsibilities
Here’s what your journey with us entails:
- To perform general repair work to all course or garden areas, to the required standard for the area, thereby maintaining presentation and playability levels.
- To take part in project work on designated areas, for the improvement of the golf course.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management. Complies with Marriott International Hotels Limited Regional Office policies and procedures.

- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
- Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
- Complete safety training and certifications.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- Support the team to reach common goals.
- Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Preferred Qualifications
- Related Work Experience: Previous experience of manual working in an outside/gardening environment preferred.
