A well-established contractor in the water sector is seeking experienced Leakage Technicians to join their growing team across the South of England. With a strong and sustained pipeline of work, this is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals looking for immediate contract work with the potential to transition to permanent.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out active leakage control activities on water networks
• Use acoustic and electronic leak detection equipment to identify leaks
• Perform step testing, noise logging, and pressure management
• Accurately record and report findings in line with client requirements
• Work independently or as part of a team across multiple sites
• Ensure all work is carried out safely in compliance with industry standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Leakage Technician within the water industry
• Strong knowledge of leak detection methods and equipment
• Full UK driving licence
• Good communication and reporting skills

Required / Expected Tickets & Certifications

• EUSR Water Hygiene (Blue Card) – essential
• NRSWA / Street Works (Units 1 & 2 or equivalent) – essential
• CSCS Card – preferred
• Manual Handling – preferred
• First Aid at Work / Emergency First Aid – preferred
• Confined Space Training (Medium/High Risk) – advantageous
• National Water Hygiene / SHEA Water – advantageous
