Adventure Camp Manager – Lead a High-Energy Holiday Camp

Junior Adventures Group is seeking a Holiday Camp Manager in Southwick, Brighton to lead a camp for children aged 4–12. You’ll manage a team, ensure smooth camp operations, and engage with parents.

The role requires strong leadership, quick decision-making, and the ability to create a nurturing and structured environment. You will also lead excursions and ensure safety standards are maintained. This is a casual position for 6 weeks, starting 20th July 2026, offering £13.40 per hour for 35-40 hours a week.
