We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Achievement Support Teacher to join our team, playing a key role in ensuring every child thrives academically, socially and emotionally. This role focuses on raising outcomes for all learners, with particular emphasis on supporting disadvantaged pupils to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.

- Has a passion for inclusion, equity and pupil achievement
- Understands the challenges faced by disadvantaged learners
- Can build positive relationships with pupils and families
- Uses assessment intelligently to identify needs and measure impact
