FLT Driver – Full Time

Job Summary

We are recruiting FLT – Reach Truck Drivers to replenish stock using a Reach Truck at our distribution centre in Avonmouth, Bristol.

Working hours

Permanent full‑time, 5 days per week, 7 days a week, with weekends included.

• Night shift: 22:00‑06:00
• Day shift: 07:00‑15:00 (example; actual schedule may vary)
• Afternoon shift: 13:00‑21:00 (example)

Pay & Benefits

Hourly pay: £15.07 for day shifts, £17.59 for afternoon, late and night shifts. Guaranteed minimum 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and quickly replenish stock within the warehouse.
• Keep accurate records.
• Work within the health and safety requirements of the site.

Qualifications

• Previous Reach Truck (FLT) experience.
• Valid in-date Reach Truck licence.
• Physically fit to meet productivity targets.
• Friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.
• Experience in a warehouse environment or with manual handling equipment is an advantage.
