About the Role
As a Commis Chef, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, working closely with the team to deliver high‑quality dishes and maintain our standards.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for your section and manage food safety, storage, labeling, and adherence to recipes and specifications.
- Efficiently prepare food items, operate standard kitchen equipment safely, and maintain a clean station.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen, front‑of‑house, and management teams.
- Maintain high standards in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.
