Primary Teacher – KS1 or KS2

Location: Enfield, London

Salary: £37,870 – £56,154 (M1 – UPS3)

Contract: Full Time | Permanent or Fixed Term. Start Date: September 2026

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Enfield is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join their supportive team from September 2026. This opportunity is open to experienced teachers and ECTs, with placements available in either KS1 or KS2.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress effectively to support achievement.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues and support staff.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school through clubs, school trips and enrichment activities.
• Inspire pupils to become confident, independent learners.

Qualifications and experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting (KS1 or KS2).
• Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• A positive and collaborative approach to teaching and teamwork.
