Key Responsibilities – Primary SEN Teacher , Milton Keynes

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of SEN pupils
  • Support children with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties
  • Create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and wider school staff
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching approaches where necessary
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals
  • Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and engagement in learning

The Ideal Candidate – Primary SEN Teacher, Milton Keynes

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs within a primary school setting
  • Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and behaviour management
  • Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
