Our dedicated 20,000 employees optimize the branch, improve operational efficiency and maximize self-service availability for financial institutions and retailers across the globe.Job Title: ATM Repair TechnicianLocation: RotherhamSalary: £28,000.00 per annumWorking Hours: 40 hours working week, permanent positionAbout the Role:To repair the full range of PC’s and ATM modules found in our ATM estate.Key Responsibilities:Repair and refurbish ATM modulesDiagnose faults using test equipment and softwareEnsure all repairs meet strict quality control standardsMaintain and repair test ATMsRecover reusable components from faulty or decommissioned unitsManage shipping, tracking, and system updates for parts requestsSupport the management of Field Operations stock areasLoad and unload parts and equipment deliveriesComplete all required administrative tasks on timeWork closely with the Technical Support team and follow their repair guidanceImplement product upgrades and enhancements as requiredContribute to continuous improvement of repair processes to extend part lifespan and performanceKey Requirements:PC / Microsoft Office basic skills. Understanding of BIOS configuration.
