We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our operation in Melksham.

What You’ll Be Doing
As the face of Berkmann Wine Cellars, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their deliveries safely, efficiently, and with the highest level of service. Delivering premium wines to top-tier venues across the South West while maintaining the standards we’re known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver all allocated orders across the South West accurately, in full, and on time
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Handling and lifting wine cases (average 15kg)
- Follow delivery instructions and customer-specific requirements
- Communicate proactively with colleagues and customers to resolve any delivery issues
- Obtain delivery confirmations and report any discrepancies
- Plan and input delivery routes using our route management system (Elogii)
- Collect customer payments when required and issue receipts
- Support warehouse operations when required
What We’re Looking For
- Valid UK Driving Licence (max 6 points)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience as a multi-drop delivery driver
- Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- CPC Certificate preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of the Oxfordshire, Dorset, South Wales and M4 Corridor road networks
