We are an IT support company seeking an IT Support & Customer Service Apprentice to join our team. Responsibilities
- Learn how to respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic IT issues (hardware, software, connectivity).
- Help set up and configure devices for customers.
- Support the team in logging and tracking support requests.
- Learn to provide clear and friendly advice to customers.
- Assist with routine system checks and updates.
- Work with the IT team to escalate more complex issues.
- Stay informed about common IT problems and solutions.
