Lead Brewer – Cask Beer & Production Lead

London Brewers Alliance is seeking an experienced brewer to lead production at our new brewery in Finsbury Park, where we create cask-conditioned English ales for local pubs and restaurants.

The role requires 3+ years of commercial brewing experience, a full UK driving licence, and knowledge of Breww software. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the brewing process, from wort production to packaging and cleaning.

Salary ranges from £35,000 to £40,000, depending on experience.
