Experienced Brewer at Macintosh Ales

Job Overview

We are looking to hire an experienced brewer to lead production at our new brewery in Finsbury Park. We produce bottle, keg, and cask-conditioned English ales for pubs and restaurants predominantly within North East London.

Responsibilities

As a small company, the role will be varied, often working alone and being solely responsible for everything we produce. The candidate will need to establish processes and carry out all wort production, cellaring, packaging, and cleaning.

Candidate Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in a commercial brewery
• Full UK Driving licence.
• Experience brewing cask beer.
• Knowledge of Breww software would be desirable.

Salary

£35-£40,000, depending on experience.
