Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities

Support teaching staff under direct instruction, typically within the classroom. Assist with learner access to learning, general classroom management, and occasionally support in other school areas.

Qualifications

Required: Successful applicant will undertake an enhanced Disclosure via the DBS. No other formal qualifications specified.

Training

Location: Okehampton College Skills Centre, Okehampton, EX20 1PZ

Purpose: Provide comprehensive training on company policies, procedures, and systems necessary for successful integration into the role.

Schedule: Daily sessions from 9am to 4pm, with breaks provided.
