About the role
Adult Social Care in Hammersmith & Fulham is at an exciting turning point. Our new strategy champions creativity, autonomy and truly person‑led practice to support residents to live independent lives in their homes and communities.
As a Social Worker, you will be Social Work England registered and bring strong post‑qualifying experience. You will work across complex statutory responsibilities including safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act practice, Care Act assessments, and strengths‑based planning. You will be part of well‑supported teams with reflective supervision, manageable caseloads and a culture that encourages respectful challenge and continuous learning.
Across community social work, safeguarding, hospital discharge or integrated neighbourhood teams, you will use your skills to support the borough’s ambition to thrive at every life stage.
Role Specific Qualifications
- Recognised Social work qualification (DipSW, CQSW, CSS or approved equivalent, BA Hons Social Work or other relevant degree in Social Work).
- Registration with Social Work England.
