Social Worker – Early Adulthood (14–25) | Hybrid

Stockport Council is seeking a committed Social Worker for its Early Adulthood Team to provide strengths-based, person-centred support to young adults aged 14–25. The position supports the transition to adulthood, conducting holistic assessments and collaborating with various services.

This hybrid role includes office attendance two days a week. The ideal candidate must be registered with Social Work England and possess relevant statutory experience. A salary range of £37,280 – £41,771 per annum is offered.
