Position Overview
Job Title: Head Bartender. Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent. Our Head Bartenders are key figures, linking managers, staff and guests to deliver an unforgettable experience.
Scope of the Role, Responsibilities and Physical Requirements
- Deliver smooth and unforgettable service throughout the shift, building guest relationships and ensuring consistency in speed and quality of drinks.
- Be passionate about the bar industry, with excellent knowledge of spirits, liqueurs and cocktails and a creative mind.
- Act as an excellent mentor and trainer for peers.
- Handle special requests and guests who expect service beyond the usual offering.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the shift and appropriately escalated them to management.
- Master effective communication to keep departments operating smoothly.
- Act as an ambassador of the brand.
Qualifications and Personal Qualities
- At least 2 years of experience working in a service role.
- Fluency in English.
- Passion for food and beverage, and awareness of current industry trends.
