Responsibilities
- Building a nurturing relationship with our guests, partners, and colleagues to being able to create lasting memories for our guests.
- Efficiently running the concierge desk to deliver an engaging, refined and intuitive service.
- Providing our guests with in depth knowledge about the property and London.
- Intuitively creating complex itineraries to meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Supervising the team of Luggage Porters and Door Persons.
Profile
- Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
- The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
- Being very organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
- Having a thorough understanding of the hotel, the surrounding area and London transportation system.
- In depth knowledge of London’s current dining, entertainment, shopping and art scene.
