The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated, ambitious, and driven Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates
  • Screen applications and conduct candidate interviews.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Match suitable candidates to client vacancies.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM system.
  • Develop business development skills to identify new client opportunities.
  • Achieve individual and team targets and KPIs.
  • Provide a high level of customer service throughout the recruitment journey.
