Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates
- Screen applications and conduct candidate interviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Match suitable candidates to client vacancies.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM system.
- Develop business development skills to identify new client opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team targets and KPIs.
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout the recruitment journey.
