Student Progress Coach — Guidance & Attendance

Coast and Vale Learning Trust is seeking talented Progress Coaches for permanent and maternity cover positions. You will support a caseload of students by monitoring attendance, providing guidance, and helping them overcome challenges.

Applicants must be educated to at least level 3 (A Level) and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A good salary range of £21,423.60 to £22,836.29 per annum, local government pension scheme, and additional benefits such as free gym facilities and parking are included.
