1:1 Teaching Assistant

Location: Cheltenham

Salary: £85 – £100 per day (Holiday Pay – 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot)

Contract Type: Long term/Full time

Start Date: September 2026

Responsibilities

• Provide individualised support to a Year 2 child in a 1:1 setting.
• Build relationships with the student and their family.
• Collaborate closely with the classroom teacher to create a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children is required; formal qualifications are not necessary.
• Enthusiastic, patient and positive attitude towards learning.
