Empowering SEMH Teaching Assistant – Alternative Provision

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our specialist Alternative Provision in Burgess Hill. In this full-time role, you will support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs and help create a nurturing environment that promotes engagement with education.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SEMH and will support pupils both inside and outside the classroom. A driving licence is required, along with strong relationship-building skills.
