After School Club Manager – Bradford on Avon, BA15

Full‑time

Pay: £13.60 per hour

Location: Bradford‑on‑Avon, Wiltshire BA15

Hours: 13 hours 20 minutes per week, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only. Opportunity to work up to 40 hours during school holidays.

About the Role

As Club Manager, you will lead a small team to deliver exceptional wrap‑around care experiences for children after the school day, building positive relationships with children, parents, school staff, and colleagues while ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and activity delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for children
  • Lead exciting activities including sports, games, arts & crafts, and structured play
  • Plan engaging sessions that are inclusive, age‑appropriate, and child‑centred
  • Manage, motivate, and support your team to deliver outstanding experiences
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, school staff, and colleagues
  • Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies are followed at all times
  • Maintain accurate records and oversee the day‑to‑day running of the club
  • Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and independence in children
  • Help create a club environment where every child feels included, valued, and supported

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • A Level 3 Childcare Qualification (desirable)
  • Experience working with children in a childcare, education, or playwork environment
  • Experience leading, supervising, or supporting a team
  • A passion for creating engaging experiences that help children thrive
