The Role

You will:

  • Complete Care Act assessments, reviews, and support planning
  • Work with Court of Protection cases and complex decision‑making
  • Apply strong knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and Best Interests
  • Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff where required
  • Work within a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver person‑centred outcomes

This role is ideal for a confident, experienced practitioner who enjoys autonomy while being well supported.

What You’ll Need

  • Social Work qualification
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Minimum 3 years post‑qualified experience
  • Proven experience with Court of Protection, Safeguarding Adults, Learning Disabilities & Physical Disabilities, Care Act 2014 & Mental Capacity Act, and experience supervising staff (or readiness to take on supervision)
