Overview

Are you passionate about supporting learners through high-quality apprenticeship delivery? Do you thrive in a role that blends teaching, coaching, and meaningful learner support? The Colleges’ Partnership is recruiting a confident and committed Apprenticeship Coordinator to support Armed Forces apprentices on digital programmes such as Network Engineering and Telecoms. Based in Bulford, you’ll play a vital role in guiding learners through induction, Functional Skills, technical knowledge delivery, and End Point Assessment. This is a hands-on role that combines direct delivery, review activity, learner mentoring, and quality-focused administration. You’ll work closely with a small delivery team, providing individualised support to keep learners on track and motivated.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering teaching, learning and assessment for digital apprenticeship standards
  • Delivering and supporting Functional Skills (English and Maths) up to Level 2
  • Conducting regular progress reviews and planning meaningful learning
  • Completing and maintaining high-quality, auditable learner records
  • Providing guidance, motivation and mentoring throughout the learner journey
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure all learners progress to Gateway and achieve their qualification

What you’ll bring

  • A teaching or assessor qualification (e.g. L4 Assessor Coach, CET, CAVA) or willingness to work towards
  • Experience delivering or assessing in digital sectors, such as telecoms or network engineering
  • Strong communication and learner engagement skills
  • Confidence in planning, reviewing and tracking progress using digital tools
  • Knowledge of ESFA and awarding body requirements (desirable)
  • A proactive, learner-first approach aligned with quality standards

  • Salary of £29,288 – £32,088 if/once qualified
