Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of adults’ needs and develop care plans tailored to provide the necessary support and interventions
- Collaborate closely with service users, their families, and other professionals to create and implement effective care strategies
- Work within legal frameworks and guidelines to ensure that all actions comply with social care standards and regulations
- Manage a caseload efficiently, maintaining accurate records and completing required documentation
- Advocate for service users to ensure they have access to the necessary resources and support services
- Provide crisis intervention to safeguard vulnerable adults when required
Requirements
Requirements of the Social Worker: You must hold a degree or equivalent qualification in social work and have current registration with Social Work England. Significant frontline experience in UK social services as a qualified Social Worker is essential. Your expertise in managing complex caseloads will be critical in delivering high-quality care.
