The Role
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of primary year groups
- Gain experience in different classroom settings and school environments
- Develop your classroom and behaviour management skills
- Maintain positive learning environments and support pupil progress
- Ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences
- Follow safeguarding and school behaviour policies at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Final-year trainee teacher working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent placement experience within primary schools
- A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching
- A willingness to learn and grow in a variety of school settings
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply, we can help with this)
