Experienced HLTA for ASC Specialist School

Axcis Education Recruitment is looking for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their specialist ASC provision in Blandford Forum. This role is full-time and temp-to-perm, allowing you to make a real difference in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Conditions. Positioned within a nurturing environment, you will support the educational and personal development of pupils from primary to post-16.

Your responsibilities will include leading interventions, building relationships with pupils, and collaborating with teachers and parents. A supportive leadership team and ongoing training opportunities are provided to ensure both staff and pupils succeed.
