Role: Home Care Assistant

Location: Bournemouth

Pay rate: £13.70 per hour plus a £2.00 per hour Bank Holiday enhancement rate

Travel: Paid travel time: £12.71 per hour + 40p per mile mileage allowance

Hours: Full & Part Time

Shift: 07:00 to 14:00 & 16:00 to 22:00

This Home Care Assistant role is community based. Essential applicants must hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle. We pay for both your contact time and travel time, and offer a generous mileage rate of 40p per mile.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not required.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexible with working hours and able to work every other weekend.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the updated service or prepared to undertake one.
