Adults and Specialist Rehabilitation offers full‑time and part‑time (34.50hrs, 30hrs and 23hrs) vacancies on a fixed‑term 6‑month basis. During that period the employee will be supported to meet the required skills and competencies for Band2 HCA. Following completion, there may be opportunities to progress to Band3 HCA as part of our ongoing development programme.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts on weekends, nights and bank holidays, covering 24hours a week to meet service needs.
• Deliver and maintain a high standard of clinical care and assist in all aspects of individualized personal care.
• Support the team to achieve the standards required of a Band2 HCA.
