Description

Calvert ISD is seeking a motivated and student-focused 6th–8th Grade RLA Teacher to provide high-quality instruction in reading, writing, grammar, and language arts. The ideal candidate will foster a positive learning environment, support student growth, and promote strong literacy skills that prepare students for academic success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Valid Texas teaching certificate or eligibility for certification
• Certification in ELA/RLA or appropriate grade-level certification preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families
