3.5T Delivery Driver – Airdrie. ArrowXL is hiring! As the UK’s leading provider of Two-Person Home Delivery, we continuously strive to make the world of delivery a better place. We store and deliver large, heavy and bulky items in pristine condition – items that typically need two attentive people to handle. Quite often, these items need to be installed for our customers, which we also do! ArrowXL is now recruiting for 3.5 Tonne Delivery Drivers to join our supportive transport team in Airdrie. We operate a Job and Finish scheme to promote a healthy work-life balance. We are looking for fantastic people who enjoy being out on the road, love meeting new people and want to experience variety every day. Dealing with items such as refrigerators, televisions, and indoor and outdoor furniture requires hard work and dedication. Compensation & Benefits
£12.71 per hour; 45 hours per week, 4/6 shifts weekly, between 06:00 – 18:00. Job and Finish – complete your route early and still get paid until the end of your shift. Overtime and extra shifts available. Delivery bonus – earn 55p per drop for every delivery over 140 per week.
Key Tasks
- Full responsibility for your vehicle whilst representing the company and brand to the highest possible standards.
- Delivering customer products with your colleague, ensuring the packaging and product are free from damage.
- Delivering orders to the customer’s room of choice.
- Assemble and/or install customer products (full training for installation services is provided).
- Ensuring that as a team, you always keep your customers up to date on the progress of their delivery.
- Resolve any customer questions or concerns as they may arise.
Required Experience
- First‑class communication and customer service skills.
- Hold a full, clean driving licence.
- Excellent attention to detail and work ethic.
- Willingness to undergo a mandatory DBS criminal record check.
