About the role
We run a fleet of minibuses and MPVs to ensure girls are safely transported to and from school. We are looking for a minibus driver to join our professional and conscientious team. You will work 20 hours per week, term time only.
The Shift Patterns
Approximate driving times: 06:45 – 08:30 and then 15:15 – 17:25, plus daily prestart safety inspection, fueling and washing of the bus.
What skills and experience you’ll bring to the role
- A valid Cat D1 classification on your driving licence plus an acceptable driving record.
- Have/be prepared to take the MIDAS qualification.
- The ability to react calmly in emergency situations.
- Over 21 years of age.
- Have/be prepared to take a suitable First Aid qualification.
- Maintaining good customer relations with parents and the school and contributing to a good atmosphere on the bus.
