The Role: Packer
As Packer, you will play a vital role in the smooth day‑to‑day running of the kitchen. This is more than a traditional packing role; as a new and growing business you’ll also be involved in wider kitchen operations and supporting the team wherever needed. This role is flexible – part‑time or full‑time day shifts only – and we can discuss arrangements such as 10 am‑2 pm to fit school pick‑up, avoiding evenings, or full‑time hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately packing and labelling products to specification
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen
- Assisting with deliveries, stock organisation and waste management
- Helping with general kitchen setup and breakdown
- Being flexible and hands‑on as the business grows, taking on additional tasks where needed

- A reliable, hardworking and positive attitude
- Willingness to get involved and support the wider kitchen team
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and accuracy
- Previous packing or kitchen experience is helpful but not essential – the right attitude matters most
