About the Role

As Head Bartender at Hickory’s Smokehouse, you will support bar shifts, inspire teams, and act as a guest‑led leader under the Bar HOD, guiding day‑to‑day operations and delivering an exceptional team and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support bar shifts and act as a guest‑led leader under the Bar HOD.
• Guide day‑to‑day operations of bar shifts.
• Deliver an exceptional team and guest experience.
• Seek opportunities and welcome feedback to improve performance.

Compensation & Benefits

• A package of up to £16.25 per hour, including a Tip Jar (up to £3.00 per hour in tips).
