What we’re looking for

You’re a qualified teacher who understands just how important Year 2 is in laying strong foundations for future learning.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with Year 2 or Key Stage 1 classroom experience
  • Confident supporting pupils as they prepare for the transition into Key Stage 2
  • Skilled at adapting learning to meet a range of abilities and needs
  • Positive, patient and encouraging in your approach
  • Passionate about helping every child grow in confidence and achieve their best

What we’ll need from you

To help get you cleared and into schools quickly, we’ll need:

  • A valid passport
  • Two proofs of address
  • An up-to-date CV covering the last 10 years of work or education, with any gaps explained
  • Two years of references, including your most recent school
  • An overseas police check where applicable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
