Job Description:
Applicants should be an experienced Family Support Worker who is committed, hardworking and enthusiastic. They should be able to drive and have their own car.
We can offer applicants a happy and welcoming school, friendly staff and a supportive leadership team.
It is essential that you can demonstrate experience of:
- monitoring and improving pupils’ attendance
- working with parents to engage in the children’s education
- strategies for improving attendance
- visiting families in their homes to offer support and signpost families to appropriate services facilitating improved access and support to specialist services
- being passionate about supporting children.
