Dynamic Classroom Cover Supervisor — Path to Teaching

The Portsmouth Academy is looking for a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our cover team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience before moving into teacher training. You will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring students remain engaged while maintaining high standards of behaviour.

Ideal candidates will have strong literacy and numeracy skills and a minimum of Grade 4/C or above in English, Mathematics, and Science. If you are flexible and have a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!
