Room Attendant – Edwardian Manchester Hotel

We are recruiting for a Room Attendant on a Zero Hours basis, with opportunities for forward career progression.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure your designated rooms are cleaned to the highest standard and in a timely manner.
  • Work as a team, supporting colleagues where necessary and performing ad hoc housekeeping duties.
  • Greet guests warmly, providing assistance where possible and directing them to the appropriate service if required.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in line with our core values, exceeding guest expectations.

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping experience, ideally within a 5‑star hotel operation; training will be provided otherwise.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer‑service skills.
  • Basic command of English.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Understanding of the importance of teamwork and collaboration.
