- Menu Development: Create and innovate menu items that reflect the Buns brand and satisfy customer preferences.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to uphold high culinary standards and foster teamwork.
- Inventory Control: Manage food inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through effective planning.
- Food Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Cost Management: Monitor food costs and labor expenses, implementing strategies to improve profitability.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to receive feedback and ensure satisfaction with food quality.
