Field Technician (Water Recycling)
Compensation: Circa £31,756 – depending on skills and experience, with standby payments and business use of company van.
Employment: Permanent, 37 hours, Full Time (with flexibility for part‑time working).
Location: Spalding to Peterborough and surrounding area (must be within 20 minutes of the location to travel).

Responsibilities
- Operate a single person, high‑pressure water jetting unit and CCTV equipment to identify and promote repair work for sewerage network problems.
- Take ownership of investigating and offering first‑time resolutions for sewerage issues encountered by customers.
- Respond to incidents and complete planned maintenance work.
- Accurately collate and record feedback from site through our IT systems.
- Predominately lone working, engaging daily with internal and external customers.
Qualifications
- Experience or willingness to work outside in all weathers; hands‑on/manual experience beneficial.
- Basic IT skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and use own initiative.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Full driving licence; holding a 4.5‑tonne licence an advantage (training provided if needed).
- Must be able to work within confined spaces and at height without restrictions; maximum weight 113kg due to harness limits.
- Required occupational health checks including Hand‑arm Vibration (HAV).
