Overview

You’re not just a Teaching Assistant. You’re the calm voice, the encouragement, and sometimes the reason a child walks through the classroom door smiling. We are looking for a caring and committed 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil within a Bradford primary school. This role is all about building trust, supporting learning, and helping one child feel confident and successful every day.

Responsibilities

• Providing dedicated 1:1 support
• Supporting learning, routines and emotional wellbeing
• Helping create structure and consistency throughout the school day
• Working closely with class teachers and SEND staff

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEND
• A calm and patient approach
• Strong communication skills
• A genuine passion for helping children thrive
• All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
• All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
