Prestige Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver / Store Operative to join a busy manufacturing team at Cranswick Riverside. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

The Role

You’ll play a key part in supporting production and packing operations while ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently.

Your duties will include:

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT to move finished goods around site
• Supporting packing line operations, including product feed and bagging
• Carrying out basic technical and quality checks
• Recording palletisation and transferring finished goods to the warehouse
• Capturing, segregating, and transferring waste for rework
• Following “clean as you go” procedures and assisting with general site housekeeping
• Working to strict health, safety, and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Good attention to detail
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work
• Honest, reliable, and a strong team player
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Own transport is essential due to the site location
