Inclusive Learning Lead: HLTA for SEND & SEMH

Castleford Park Junior Academy is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). In this role, you will assist with operational leadership in the Integrated Resource Provision, ensuring that every pupil thrives academically and socially.

Applicants should possess a strong understanding of Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This position provides an opportunity to contribute positively to the inclusive education of pupils.
