Your Role As Breakfast Chef
- Prepare, cook and present perfect food in accordance with company standards, thereby exceeding guest satisfaction at every eating occasion.
- Take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Adhere accurately and consistently to portion controls.
- Carry out stock rotation to ensure all food items remain within their shelf life, including maintaining correct storage conditions.
- Ensure the kitchen operation is maintained to the highest standards with regards to cleanliness and maintenance.
Requirements
- Prepared to work early morning shifts with a minimum of 6 months chef experience.
- Ability to work on one’s own initiative.
- Desire to learn, improve and train from those around you.
- A proud individual who always strives to deliver their best.
- Passion for fresh food.
Please be aware that this role will include weekend shifts.
