Strategic School Business Manager – SLT Lead (Fixed Term)

Spaghetti Bridge Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic School Business Manager for Hampton Bridge School, starting August 2026. The role involves overseeing the operations of various business functions, including finance, human resources, and health and safety management.

The candidate will join the Senior Leadership Team, support teaching and learning while fostering a warm and inclusive environment. Experience in relevant fields is beneficial, but support and training will be provided.

This is a fixed-term position until July 2027, based in Northampton, with a commitment to safeguarding and diversity in the workplace.
